Confie, a prominent distributor of auto and personal lines insurance in the United States, has strategically acquired TGS Insurance Agency, a Texas-based independent provider known for its expertise in standard personal lines insurance. This acquisition is set to bolster InsureOne, Confie's national platform that caters to standard personal lines and small commercial insurance customers, further strengthening its market position. While the financial terms of this transaction remain undisclosed, the synergy is expected to enhance Confie's capabilities significantly.

Established in 2017, TGS Insurance is renowned for its focus on homeowners and private auto insurance, leveraging a direct-to-consumer call center model to solidify its presence in Texas and expand into Florida. Notably, TGS experienced a remarkable 20% increase in new business over the past year, underscoring its growth trajectory. Following the acquisition, TGS Insurance will be rebranded under the InsureOne name, with its existing management continuing operations from Houston, Texas, and over 130 insurance professionals transitioning to the Confie team.
