Prime Insurance COO Jeffrey P. Leman to Retire After Nearly Two Decades
Jeffrey P. Leman will retire as Chief Operating Officer of Prime Insurance Company effective December 31, 2025. Leman has been with Prime since 2006, serving as COO and Vice President of Underwriting, while also holding secretarial roles across multiple Prime entities. During his tenure, he played a key role in operational excellence and expanding Prime's market presence nationwide within the Excess & Surplus (E&S) insurance sector. Prior to joining Prime, Leman held senior operations and finance roles at Crum & Forster, INEX Insurance Exchange, and executive benefit and consulting firms. He holds a CPCU designation, a B.S. in Finance, and an MBA in Finance. His career spans over four decades with extensive experience managing insurance operations and regulatory compliance, contributing to strong industry partnerships.
