Amynta Group Acquires International Sureties to Expand Specialty Insurance

Amynta Group has finalized its acquisition of International Sureties, which includes Global Surety, LLC, International Sureties Limited, and International Sureties SARL. International Sureties, established in 1972, specializes in commercial surety products such as admiralty, court, bankruptcy, logistics, and license & permit bonds, operating from locations in New Orleans, the UK, and Belgium. Following the acquisition, Clark Fitz-Hugh will continue as President and CEO of International Sureties, while Amynta Group aims to expand its specialty insurance offerings by leveraging International Sureties' established market presence and client-focused operations.
