Well Wisconsin Awards and Grants: Deadlines and Opportunities for 2026

The Well Wisconsin program is currently accepting nominations for its Well Wisconsin Award, recognizing individuals or organizations contributing to health and well-being. The nomination deadline is January 2, 2026. Additionally, registrations are open for the Well Wisconsin Award Ceremony scheduled for February 26, 2026, in Madison, aimed at celebrating health initiative achievements from 2025. Wellness grant applications are also available with a submission deadline of December 19, 2025; these applications can also be used for submitting spending reports on prior grants. To support employee health in 2026, the program encourages sharing wellness activities and participating in a January 12 webinar outlining the 2026 incentive campaign.
