Avocet Partners to Acquire EMC Life, Expanding Insurance Platform

Avocet Partners has agreed to acquire EMC National Life Insurance Company (EMC Life) following the demutualization of EMC Life's holding company. This acquisition aims to establish a permanent capital platform dedicated to significantly expanding EMC Life through the introduction of new products and distribution channels.
