USDA Launches $700M Soil Health Conservation Pilot under MAHA Initiative
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is launching a $700 million conservation pilot program focused on improving soil health as part of the 'Make America Healthy Again' initiative. This program integrates elements from the Conservation Stewardship Program and the Environmental Quality Incentives Program, allowing farmers to apply through a streamlined, single application process to the Natural Resources Conservation Service.
