Lien brings expertise in business transformation and strategic growth, while Hamill contributes over 20 years of experience in SaaS, AI, and go-to-market strategies, particularly focusing on expanding Simplifai’s presence in the insurance claims market. The company, specializing in agentic AI for property and casualty insurance claims, also recently appointed Ronald Kasteel as board chairman. The leadership changes coincide with former chairman Artem Gonchakov stepping down as CEO to concentrate on operational execution and customer satisfaction.
