Monroe Capital Launches MLEND Fund to Expand Retail Access to Corporate Lending
Monroe Capital has introduced the Monroe Capital Enhanced Corporate Lending (MLEND) Fund, a corporate lending fund designed to offer retail investors access to senior secured loans targeting lower-middle-market companies. The fund adopts a perpetual-life, continuously offered structure, focusing on sectors such as technology, software, business services, and healthcare. This initiative broadens investor access to Monroe Capital's direct lending strategies, combining institutional-quality investments with lower minimums and flexible liquidity. Monroe Capital, an alternative asset manager with $22 billion in assets, specializes in private credit across direct lending and venture financing, having completed over 2,250 transactions totaling approximately $52 billion in financing volume since its inception.
