MaineCare Increases Enrollment Fee to $750 for 2026 Compliance
Starting January 1, 2026, MaineCare will raise its enrollment fee to $750 to align with CMS application fee standards. This fee applies to new providers, reactivations, revalidations, and additions of new service locations under an existing enrollment. Providers can pay this fee via credit or debit card during application submission.
