Aon Appoints Richard Norman as Senior Broker in Property Reinsurance
Aon has appointed Richard "Dickie" Norman as senior broker on its Reinsurance Solutions Global ReSpecialty Property Team, effective January 1, 2026. Norman will focus on advising clients in commercial risk and property reinsurance markets, which are currently experiencing volatility. He brings close to 40 years of experience in the London and European property markets and previously held leadership roles within Aon's Global Broking Centre and in both Bermuda and London.
