HHS AI Strategy Launches as Senate Prepares ACA Premium Credit Vote

Concurrently, Senate Democrats are scheduled to vote on a clean three-year extension of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) enhanced premium tax credits, intended to stabilize insurance markets and maintain affordability for consumers. Details on the ACCESS Model were also highlighted, which will initially target four clinical tracks including chronic conditions, with applications due by April 1, 2026.
