National Life Insurance Recognizes Top Agents in Lumbini Under CEO Club Program

National Life Insurance Company (NLIC) conducted a recognition event for 340 qualified agents from Lumbini Province at Hotel Lumbini Heritage, marking their inclusion in the CEO Club for Fiscal Year 2081. This event was part of a broader campaign by NLIC to honor outstanding agents across Nepal's provinces, with previous ceremonies held in Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim, and plans for completion in remaining provinces. The CEO Club program, which has recognized over 1,600 agents nationwide, aims to professionalize the insurance agency workforce. During the ceremony, agents who achieved top rankings in their code and network received special awards, and distinguished agents were honored with silver medals and certificates. The event featured training by international coach Bijay Kumar Jha, who emphasized the service-oriented nature of the insurance profession. Attendees expressed appreciation for the training and recognition, viewing the accolades as affirmation of their professional dedication.
