Sun Nepal Life Insurance has expanded its operational footprint by inaugurating three new branches in the Narayani area: Tadi Branch, Bharatpur, and Chanauli Branch. This expansion includes modern infrastructure upgrades aimed at enhancing service delivery speed, convenience, and overall quality for policyholders. The company now operates through 148 branches and sub-branches nationwide, emphasizing customer-centricity through structural strengthening and digital system implementation. The CEO, Raj Kumar Aryal, highlighted the strategic importance of the branch expansion for improving customer service effectiveness. Meanwhile, the Chief Marketing Officer, Ganesh Chaulagain, noted enhancements such as faster service processing, accessible counters, digital archiving, and streamlined customer guidance as core improvements at the new locations. This initiative reflects the insurer's ongoing commitment to prioritizing quality, transparency, and customer interests across its service network.
