Transitions Hospice Care Launches Monthly Veterans Support Group in Rome, GA

Transitions Hospice Care, a veteran-owned organization established in 2003, is launching a monthly gathering called Veterans Coffee & Company at the Rome-Floyd County Library starting December 11, 2025. The initiative aims to support local veterans by fostering connection, conversation, and community support in an informal setting without the need for registration. This program is part of the broader 'We Honor Veterans' partnership, which ensures veterans have access to appropriate care and resources, including those not enrolled in the VA.
