KAXE Seeks Director of Audience Engagement to Boost Rural Media Outreach

Northern Community Radio, operating public radio stations in rural Northern Minnesota such as KAXE Grand Rapids and KBXE Bemidji, is seeking a Director of Audience Engagement. This leadership role focuses on expanding and deepening listener and supporter relationships across digital platforms including social media, newsletters, and the station's website. The position emphasizes strategic digital marketing, audience behavior analysis, and fostering community connections through local journalism, music, and membership programming. The Director will collaborate with various departments to enhance the station's online presence and outreach efforts, ensuring alignment with the public media mission of community engagement.
