Iowa Small Business Owner Advocates Repeal of ACA Mandates to Lower Insurance Costs

Marcie Strouse, a small business owner and consultant in Iowa, testified to the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions regarding the rising costs of employer-sponsored insurance premiums.
