Pace has been selected by Prudential Financial's Individual Life Insurance (ILI) business to enhance its insurance operations through agentic AI technology. Pace's AI-powered agents are currently deployed to streamline policy servicing and support quality assurance, automating thousands of hours of workload. This initiative began as a pilot and quickly transitioned to full production, demonstrating marked improvements in operational speed and efficiency. The implementation of Pace’s automated systems is aimed at modernizing Prudential's customer acquisition processes, allowing teams to allocate more time to client relationship management. This aligns with Prudential’s goal of delivering superior industry experiences for its clients and customers. Pace specializes in AI agents that perform tasks traditionally managed by business process outsourcers, including policy servicing, submission intake, claims handling, and data entry.
