ISG Launches Study on Duck Creek Insurance Platform Service Providers

The Information Services Group (ISG), a global AI-focused technology research and advisory firm, has initiated a study on service providers that assist property and casualty (P&C) insurers with implementing and enhancing the Duck Creek insurance platform. The findings of this research will be consolidated in an ISG Provider Lens® report titled "Duck Creek Services Ecosystem," scheduled for release in April 2026. This report will provide comprehensive insights into companies offering services within the Duck Creek ecosystem. The Duck Creek platform is a cloud-based solution that enables P&C insurers to address increasing product demands and overcome limitations tied to legacy systems. The ecosystem of service providers is vital for deploying the platform, facilitating transitions from older systems, improving operational quality, and ensuring seamless workflows. Advanced AI-driven accelerators are increasingly leveraged by these providers to expedite configuration, testing, and data migration processes with higher accuracy. ISG has engaged with 19 ecosystem providers through surveys and will develop a quadrant analysis based on typical enterprise service purchases, using both empirical data and ISG’s advisory expertise. This quadrant will assist enterprise buyers in evaluating current and potential service vendors while enabling ISG advisors to recommend suitable providers to their clients. The report will include a global perspective on the Duck Creek services market. A notable aspect of the 2025 ISG Provider Lens® evaluations is the expanded integration of customer experience (CX) data, reflecting actual enterprise interactions with service providers. The research methodology combines market data analytics and real-world client feedback to inform decision-making and vendor assessments within the insurance technology sector. The ISG Provider Lens® reports cover a broad geographic range including the U.S., Europe, Canada, and Asia-Pacific regions, addressing the needs of organizations seeking to modernize P&C insurance technology stacks. ISG’s expertise in AI-directed operational excellence and technology investment optimization underpins the study, aiming to provide actionable intelligence for enterprises navigating the Duck Creek service provider landscape.
