Trucordia Expands National Footprint with Acquisition of Global Financial & Insurance Services

Trucordia, a Utah-based insurance brokerage, has acquired Global Financial & Insurance Services, a nationwide provider of tailored insurance and financial solutions. This acquisition enhances Trucordia's capabilities in delivering client-focused risk management and access to top carriers across all 50 states. Global Financial & Insurance Services offers a broad spectrum of personal and commercial insurance coverages, including auto, home, liability, life, and workers' compensation, as well as specialized industry solutions and financial planning services such as retirement and legacy planning. The acquisition aligns with Trucordia's strategic goal of building a robust platform of insurance businesses backed by national resources while maintaining local expertise. Trucordia, ranked #16 in the Insurance Journal’s 2025 Top 100 Independent Property/Casualty Agencies, has been actively expanding through mergers and acquisitions, supported by a significant investment from Carlyle earlier this year. The deal terms were not disclosed.
