مسح KFF يبرز ارتفاع أقساط تأمين ACA وتأثيرها على المشتركين عام 2026
A recent survey conducted by the Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF) provides critical insights into the challenges faced by enrollees in the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplaces as they prepare for the 2026 coverage year. The survey highlights that if premium costs were to double—a likely scenario due to the expiration of enhanced ACA tax credits—approximately one in three enrollees would opt for lower-premium plans with higher out-of-pocket costs, while one in four might forgo insurance altogether. This reflects significant financial stress, with nearly 60% of enrollees unable to absorb a modest $300 annual premium increase without disrupting their household budgets, and 20% facing difficulties even with a $1,000 increase.
