Hit-and-Run Indictment in Fatal Crash of Ohio Teen Without Auto Insurance
A 29-year-old man, Jehoshua Spence, has been indicted on felony and misdemeanor charges following a hit-and-run accident that resulted in the death of 15-year-old Dylan Straughn, a Moeller High School student. The incident occurred on October 5 near Colerain and Daly roads when the teenager was apparently riding a bike. Spence was charged with failing to stop after a crash and driving under a financial responsibility law suspension for lacking auto insurance.
