NRN to Sell 594,000 Shares in Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance to Promoter Shareholders

The Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRN) has announced the sale of approximately 594,000 shares in Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance. These shares are currently available exclusively to existing promoter shareholders of the company. Promoter shareholders have a 35-day window to apply for purchasing these shares at the company's central office in Kathmandu. The company has stated that if no applications are received within this period, the sale will proceed according to legal provisions.
