This 35-story building, originally developed in 1980, includes amenities such as a swimming pool, health club, fitness center, and 24-hour concierge services. The refinancing involved a 10-year, fixed-rate loan arranged by Avison Young representatives on behalf of the owner, Jack Resnick & Sons.
