Alera Group, a private equity-backed firm specializing in wealth and retirement services, has parted ways with Jenny Bures, its former chief operating officer for wealth and retirement businesses. Bures, who joined the company in October 2021, focused on managing wealth, retirement plan services, and individual insurance units, and played a key role in integrating acquisitions. Her departure is confirmed by her removal from Alera's latest SEC Form ADV filing and her unregistered status in the BrokerCheck database as of mid-November.
