We're writing to inform you of an important update regarding our Medicare Supplement portfolio. Effective December 31, 2025, we have discontinued new business sales of Medicare Supplement policies underwritten by ACE Property & Casualty Insurance Company in select states.

Starting January 1, 2026, all new Medicare Supplement applications in these states will be submitted under our new carrier: Insurance Company of North America (INA). INA brings competitive pricing, expanded benefits, and a streamlined agent experience—offering a strong opportunity for continued growth.

The following States have transitioned from ACE to INA effective January 1, 2026:

FL, MT, VA

Additional states may be subject to transition after January 1, 2026

Key Dates & Transition Details

Last Day to Submit ACE Applications in Transition States:

All ACE Medicare Supplement applications in transitioning states must be signed and received by August 31, 2025. No exceptions can be made after this date.

First Day to Submit INA Applications in Transition States:

New business under INA will be accepted beginning September 1, 2025.

Launching: July 1, 2025

Beginning July 1, INA will serve as our active Medicare Supplement product for all new business in approved states. While ACE will no longer accept new applications after June 30th, all existing ACE policies will remain active and fully supported. We're proud of the success we've had with ACE and look forward to continuing that momentum with INA.
