News About Ace Property and Casualty

Starting August 1, 2025, all new Medicare Supplement applications in these states will be submitted under our new carrier: Insurance Company of North America (INA). INA brings competitive pricing, expanded benefits, and a streamlined agent experience—offering a strong opportunity for continued growth.

The following States have approved and are pending transition from ACE to INA effective August 1, 2025:

AK, KY, MD, NJ, NM, PA, VT

 

Additional states may be subject to transition after August 1, 2025

We have confirmed that states offering ACE products will continue to allow new sales beyond June 30, 2025, until the new INA product is approved.

ACE has also pushed the Agent Attestation deadline back until the end of July, giving agents time to get this completed.

We would like to inform you of a rate adjustment. ACE Property & Casualty Insurance Company received approval in Montana on 5/29/25 for the following rate increase: 11% for plans A, G+ and N; and 28% for plan F; and 23% for plan G.

The effective date of the rate increase is 9/1/25.

  • All Medicare Supplement applications dated before 8/1/25, regardless of effective date, will receive the current rates.
  • Any application dated on or after 8/1/25 requesting a policy effective date before 9/1/25 will receive the current rates.
  • Any application dated on or after 8/1/25 requesting a policy effective date of 9/1/25 or after will receive the new rates.
