  • 3-Year MYGA: Our current rate of 5.20% will decrease to 4.95%
  • 5-Year MYGA: Our current rate of 5.50% will decrease to 5.25%
  • 7 -Year MYGA: Our current rate of 5.60% will decrease to 5.35%
  • 10-Year MYGA: Our current rate of 5.70% will decrease to 5.45%

Medicare Supplement Plan in Ohio

This directive serves to inform all licensed agents in the state of Ohio of an upcoming rate adjustment to our Medicare Supplement (Medigap) insurance plans. Due to the cost increase for hospital and medical care, it is necessary to increase premiums on several of our Medicare Supplement plans.

The new rates will go into effect August 1, 2026 for:

  • New Enrollments submitted on or after this date
  • Existing Policyholders upon their next policy anniversary following the effective date
